The diesel heater industry is over 70 years old. However in past decades, two large companies monopolised the production of these heaters. They used their patented technology on the production. This continued until 2015 and then justice happened. These producers got punished by the EU and US antitrust laws. After that, there were many companies rising in this market with their own diesel heaters.
Q. Who are Vevor?
A. Vevor is a company founded in 2007 that sells a wide variety of industrial equipment and tools across a swath of industries, including plumbing, electrical, automotive, building and construction, restaurants and food service, and agriculture and forestry.
Q. Where can I use a diesel heater?
A. Do you own a car? a van?, a camper van, tent, cabin, boat, or greenhouse? The list of applications is extensive and even includes heating your home!
Q. What different diesel heaters are available?
A. The three main versions are available, a 2KW version, then a 5KW and 8KW versions. Seemingly the 8KW version is an over fueled 5KW model. Also seemingly both the 5KW and the 8KW are actually 4KW according to some YouTubers test results.
You can buy these as kit form, or as integrated heater units. Two types of integrated units include a horizontal type and a vertical type. Basically the horizontal type has the 5 litre fuel tank sitting next to it, whilst the vertical type has the 5 litre fuel tank sitting above it. The kit form includes a 10 litre fuel tank.
There is also some variations between each of these models, some include features such as Bluetooth, some have one 'exit' (heater outlet) whilst others can have 4 'exits' etc.
